September 9 through 30: “Barns of Madison County” exhibit at Madison County Arts Council, 90 S. Main Street, Marshall. Hours are: Mondays through Fridays from 10am to 5pm and Saturdays from 10am to 3pm. Exhibit runs through September 30. A percentage of sales benefits the ABA

Thursday, September 21 from 5 to 8pm: “Barns of Madison County” open late for Third Thursdays. Madison County Arts Council, 90 S. Main Street, Marshall. Exhibit runs through September 30.

Saturday, September 23 from 10am to 4pm: Stop by our booth at the Bascom Lamar Lunsford Festival on the Mars Hill University quad.

ANNUALLY

Barn Day (Tour & Dinner): Since 2014, the ABA has sponsored a guided 3-hour tour of historic barns led by researcher Taylor Barnhill. After the tour, participants are treated to a dinner and local music at a rustic location. 2023 date will be Saturday, September 9. Click HERE for details

Pastoral Palette Art Gala: Partnering with the artists of The Saints of Paint in Asheville, the ABA hosts a Friday evening Gala with light food and wine while participants browse and buy paintings of rural landscapes. Wonderful art combined with delicious food and drink makes for an truly enjoyable evening! 2023 date will be Friday, May 26 (and open to the public date will be Saturday, May 27) Click HERE for details.
